Proficiency Exam (CPE)

CPE: C2-level, for Gymnasium students in their third year who reached a mark of 5.5 or above in their second year at KSWE, and were recommended by their respective English teachers. This is part of the gifted programme, therefore not an elective.

Students in their second years must register at the beginning of the calendar year, when they sign up for all their electives for the next academic year, via their respective English teacher. The course takes place once a week during the first semester of the academic year.

Exam

The exam, which is conducted by experts, consists of 5 parts: Reading comprehension, writing, grammar/vocabulary, listening comprehension and speaking.
